I can't see whether you have laptop mode enabled-you'd need to scroll down a bit-but if so, definitely disable it first. It removes the game's cartoony style and focuses on precision, fine details, and recreating real-life looks. You could try playing with the graphics settings a bit to see if you get different results, for example using the default ultra profile (where it says Custom in your screenshot) or disabling post processing. Alpha CC is favored by players who want their sims to be more lifelike.
